Returns are welcome within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. In order for a refund to be issued the item(s) must be in the same condition as sold.
Return packages are considered the patron's responsibility until delivered to the given return address, any damage that may or may not be incurred during the shipping process may disqualify the item from being refunded. Please repackage mindfully.
Ineligible for Return:
Select items are deemed ineligible for return even if the item itself isn’t necessarily damaged (i.e., socks, soap, etc.). These items will have that clearly indicated in the 'Item Description' section below the "Add to Cart" button.
Refunds cannot be issued until the return parcel is delivered and reviewed by Lee's Refinery staff, afterward a refund confirmation email will be sent stating the status of the return.
Please allow 4-5 business days for the review process to occur. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to appear on the original method of payment once issued. Once issued, Lee's Refinery cannot modify refund information.
